Exclusions & Scope Limits (Applies to All Plans)
No Labor/Repair Work Included: Plans cover routine checking and dry lubrication only. They do not include repair labor, sash realignment, hinge adjustments, cleaning services, or component overhauls.
No Parts Included: Replacement parts (e.g., handles, friction stays, locks, weather seals, rollers, or glass) are not supplied under these agreements.
Defect Reporting: Any damaged, misaligned, or excessively worn components identified during a visit will be documented in a written report for your review.
